BBQ Meatballs


2lbs Hat Brand Ground Beef
3/4 cup oats 
1 cup milk
3 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp salt
Pepper to taste
1 cup ketchup
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp Worcestershire
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 dash Tabasco sauce


1. Combine meatball ingredients and mix until well combined.
2. Roll into golf ball sized balls and place in one layer in a greased 9x13 pan. 
3. Combine the sauce ingredients and pour over the meatballs.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meatballs hit an internal temperature of 160F. Spoon off any grease.
Serve with your favorite potatoes (we love potato casserole or garlic mashed potatoes) and vegetables. Enjoy!
