Standard Refund Policy:
All of our beef is guaranteed to ship frozen and arrive frozen or partially frozen.
Due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately with pictures and a description of the problem at customerservice@hatbrandbeef.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Substitution Policy:
We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value in your shipment, in the event of unforeseen stock changes. Please contact customerservice@hatbrandbeef.com within seven (7) days of receipt if there is a question on items received or you feel there is a discrepancy.
