How is your beef packaged?

Our beef is processed by a USDA inspected butcher. The beef is flash frozen in individually vacuum sealed packages. 

Where do you ship your beef?

We ship from our family ranch in Idaho to the continental United States. 

When do you ship?

Our merchandise is shipped every Monday and Thursday. Beef boxes are currently shipped every Tuesday to ensure your boxes are received by Friday. 

 How is your beef shipped?

Our beef is hand packed and shipped in Green Cell Foam biodegradable boxes and insulators with dry ice and/or ice packs. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we ship 1-2 days.

Will my beef arrive frozen?

Your beef should arrive frozen or partially frozen. Upon delivery, place your beef in the freezer or refrigerator immediately.
