- Hat Brand Beef chuck roast
- Onion
- French onion soup mix
Directions
- Brown roast on each side in a roasting pan
- Cut onion in half and add to pan
- Sprinkle french onion soup mix packet over roast
- Bake roast at 285 degrees for 5-6 hours (or until tender and falling apart)
Beef Chimichangas
- Roast
- Refried beans
- Flour tortillas
Instructions
- Mix cooked, shredded roast beef with can of refried beans
- Fill flour tortillas with mixture
- Fold tortillas into rectangular packet and place in 9x13 dish (spray pan with non stick cooking spray)
- Spray each tortilla with non stick cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Then turn over and bake another 15 minutes
- Top with favorite toppings
