Instant Pot Beef Stew

Need dinner in a pinch? This is a favorite at Mitch and Marissa's home. It's perfect for a cold day when you need a bowl of comfort food!

Ingredients

• 1 lb. Hat Brand stew meat
• 3 potatoes diced
• 1 cup carrots diced 
• ½ cup celery diced
• ½  onion diced
• 1 packet onion soup mix
• 1 can beef broth

Directions

1. Brown stew meat in instant pot
2. Add veggies then soup mix and beef broth
3. Turn instant pot on meat/stew and cook for 45 minutes
