Ingredients
- 1 lb. Boneless beef (Hat Brand Beef Sirloin)
Directions
- Cut meat across the grain into thin slices and put in gallon ziplock bag
Ingredients Marinade
- 4 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Minced fresh ginger root
- 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Instructions
- Mix ingredients and add beef
- Let marinate in fridge for at least 1 hour
- Heat wok or pan on high heat then add marinated beef
