Saucy Meatballs


1 lb. Hat Brand ground beef
3 slices bread, broken up fine
½ cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
2  eggs
1 small onion, chopped
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk


1. Combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well. Shape into balls and brown. 
2. Make sauce with cream of chicken, mushroom soup, and evaporated milk.
3. Pour over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350 F. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.
