Sweet N Sour Meatballs
Meatballs
- 1 ½ lbs. Hat Brand ground beef
- ¾ cup oats (lightly pulsed in blender)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup onion, diced
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Form into approx. 12 golf sized balls and place into lightly greased 9x13 pan.
Sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. Yellow mustard
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Whisk together until combined and then pour over meatballs.
- Bake for 30 minutes
