Sweet N Sour Meatballs

Meatballs

  • 1 ½ lbs. Hat Brand ground beef
  • ¾ cup oats (lightly pulsed in blender)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. Pepper
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. 
  3. Form into approx. 12 golf sized balls and place into lightly greased 9x13 pan.

Sauce 

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tsp. Yellow mustard
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions 

  • Whisk together until combined and then pour over meatballs. 
  • Bake for 30 minutes
