The Best Ever Korean Beef


2 lb Hat Brand Ground Beef
3/4 c soy
3 Tbsp honey
3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp fresh ginger, finely grated
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes


1. Brown ground beef in a cast iron skillet on smoker.*
2. Drain grease then add sauce. Stir to combine.
3. Cook at 250° for 30-40min. Keep an eye on it!
4. Serve over Jasmine rice and garnish with green onions.

*if you don’t have a smoker, it could be made on the stove but we highly recommend the smoker!
