How much is it? The cost is based on the hanging weight of the carcass. Please contact us at beefshares@hatbrandbeef.com for current prices. 

Can you ship or deliver?  Our 1/8 beef share can be shipped nationwide. Our 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef shares can only be picked up at our local butcher at this time. 

How much freezer space do I need? We recommend about 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 25 lbs of cut and wrapped beef.

Is it dry-aged? Of course! Just like our retail cuts, our shares are also dry-aged for 14 days to ensure maximum flavor and tenderness.

What cuts should I expect? We will custom cut your beef to your desires and preferences. 

How much beef is in a whole animal? Each animal is different but it averages about 500-600 lbs of beef.
