THIS IS A DEPOSIT ONLY. The balance will be invoiced to you and due prior to shipping. Final price will be $30/lb + flat rate shipping. Weights will vary (see below for approximates). Each roast will be boned and tied. Orders will ship December 11th or 18th. If you have a preference, please leave it in the notes section at checkout.
Approximate weights:
7 bone roast: 19-24 lbs
4 bone roast: 10-12 lbs
3 bone roast: 8-11 lbs
2 bone roast: 5-6 lbs
Any products purchased with the prime rib will ship on the same day.
