Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Hat Brand Ground Beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ tsp. Garlic salt
- 24 oz. marinara sauce
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp. Dried basil
- 1 tsp. Dried oregano
- 1 tsp. Dried thyme
- ½ tsp. Dried marjoram
- ½ tsp. Dried rosemary
- ¼ tsp. Red pepper flakes
- 10 lasagna noodles, broken into small pieces
Directions
- Brown ground beef, onions, garlic and garlic salt in a large pot on medium-high heat. Drain grease.
- Reduce to low-medium heat and add marinara sauce, tomato paste, chicken broth, and seasonings (can substitute 1 ½ Tbsp. Italian seasoning if desired.) Stir and bring to boil.
- Once boiling, add broken lasagna pieces and cook according to package until done.
- Serve with desired toppings… I highly recommend using all of them!
