Oxtail is the beef tail. It is full of collagen. Cooked low and slow, the meat is incredibly tender and rich in flavor. It makes excellent stew!
1 oxtail is approximately 2-3lbs.
This cut can be shipped with a minimum of 6lbs of beef to ensure it arrives frozen.
