Our sirloin tip roast is a more lean cut. It is full of flavor and best cooked low and slow. It is perfect for marinated roast, pot roast, and, roast beef sandwiches when thinly sliced across the grain. Approximately 2-3 lbs each.
This cut can be shipped with a minimum of 6lbs of beef to ensure it arrives frozen.

Love knowing where my beef comes from
This is such a prime cut, although this isn't my first time to order this roast, this is my first time to review. This is such a tender and tasty roast. So versatile to use, that you will not run outta ideas. But the dry aging adds to the amazing flavor of this roast. You can never go wrong with this cut.
