Knuckle bones are rich in gelatin and collagen making them an excellent source for nutrient dense bone broth or beef stock. They also make the perfect bone for your favorite doggy! Each package is approximately 2-3lbs.
Note: Bones come in a bag but are not all vacuum sealed — bones may have some ice on them which is expected.
This cut can be shipped with a minimum of 6lbs of beef to ensure it arrives frozen.
