Marrow bones are rich in gelatin and collagen making them an excellent source for nutrient dense bone broth or beef stock. Each package is approximately 2lbs.
Note: Bones come in a bag but are not all vacuum sealed — bones may have some ice on them which is expected.
This cut can be shipped with a minimum of 6lbs of beef to ensure it arrives frozen.
