This box is loaded with all the steak! It will be delivered from our family ranch to your doorstep every one or two months.
Each box includes:
Assorted Steaks This includes sirloin, sirloin tip, picanha, denver, skirt, flank, carne asada, hanging tender, and teres major. You can expect approximately 4 ½ lbs assorted steak in each 15 lb box and approximately 3 lbs assorted steak in each 10 lb box!
Premium Ground Our ground beef is dry aged and is made from the same animal as we cut our steaks from. Each 1lb package is single animal sourced and is approximately 80/20. Each 10lb box includes approximately 4 lbs of premium ground and each 15lb box includes approximately 6lbs!
