Stock your freezer with our fully customized premium dry-aged beef. You will get to choose exactly what cuts you want and talk directly to us. This is for pick up at our butchers in Oakley or Nampa, Idaho only.
THIS IS A DEPOSIT ONLY. A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your share. The balance will be invoiced to you and due when you pick up your beef. The final price is $4.75/lb based on the hanging weight of your animal. That includes custom cut and wrap. Weights will vary but our average hanging weight is approximately 950lbs.
Approximate cost: $4.75 x 950lb hanging weight = $4,512.50 + Idaho Sales Tax
