I bought 4 of these babies for a couples dinner, but due to strict restrictions on any type of fires including grilling of any type, we are yet to enjoy them. But when we do, we plan on slow smoking these babies and finishing them off with a rosemary garlic butter bath, or a reverse sear. But I don't know yet, it's all up to the grill master. Thank you Ryan for once again growing the perfect cut of beef!
